COMMERCIAL (TRADE) LAW

Commercial law governs relations between economic entities (sole traders, companies, etc.). It includes rules on the creation, termination and operation of economic entities. It regulates the legal status and legal affairs of the latter. Sub-sectors of commercial law are the following: the law of securities, industrial property law, transport law, insurance law, and market and competition law.

The lawyer obtained an MSc in civil and commercial law, from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. Furthermore, he spent ten years working in various courts and dealt extensively in legal practice. He represents economic entities in litigation and various non-litigious and enforcement proceedings, as well as in proceedings and commercial matters in non-litigious proceedings. He draws up various statements of will, various types of commercial contracts, represents clients in mediation procedures.
